WORTHING ASTRONOMICAL SOCIETY

Having been invited to give a presentation - Bright Lights and Beyond: Wonders of the Cosmos - to Worthing Astronomical Society at 7.00pm on Wednesday 2016, this event lived up to expectations.

Before a full house, I took my audience on a whistle-stop journey through the cosmos. Feedback has been fabulous, with just a few of the testimonials shared below:

"Just a quick note to say how much I enjoyed your presentation last night at the Worthing Astronomical Society July meeting. It was fascinating and enthralling, albeit mind blowing, and easy for a relative novice like myself to understand. I do hope you will return at some point in the future for another presentation." John Burrows

"Thanks for a great talk this evening. Angela and I are fairly new to astronomy. Some of the talks we attend, although very interesting, are way above our heads. Tonight certainly got things into perspective. I was amazed about how huge and how tiny things can be at the same time, depending on how one looks at things. Thanks again." Phillip and Angela.

"Thank you for visiting us as our guest speaker last night and giving such a fascinating and inspiring talk. By guiding us through the way we comprehend things, it certainly does give a greater insight into perspective and how great the Universe really is!" Wendy (Meetings Secretary)
