Jane is thrilled to partner with The Star - The Polizzi Collection - a beautiful boutique hotel forming part of Alex Polizzi's collection of luxury hotels.

Offering customised astronomy evenings, incorporating three-course dinners followed by stargazing experiences, Jane will either present an astronomy talk in The Star's exquisite historic library or, weather permitting, take guests to a secluded spot where, with the aid of telescopes, guests can enjoy a tour of the celestial wonders in the South Downs dark skies.

The Star in Alfriston is a luxury 30-bedroom hotel and inn located in the heart of the medieval village of Alfriston in East Sussex, reopened in June 2021 by mother-and-daughter duo, Olga and Alex Polizzi.
